Agreement

By accessing DriftSift, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The Service

DriftSift is a diagnostic intelligence platform that scores businesses across multiple domains and prescribes interventions. Diagnostic results are advisory—they are not a substitute for professional business, legal, or financial advice.

Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you're using DriftSift on behalf of clients (Advisor or Practice plans), you're responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from those clients.

Diagnostic Data

You own your diagnostic data. We retain it to provide the service and improve our diagnostic models. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Acceptable Use

Don't use DriftSift to:

• Misrepresent diagnostic results to third parties
• Reverse-engineer the diagnostic scoring models
• Resell access to the platform without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Limitation of Liability

DriftSift provides diagnostic intelligence based on your self-reported inputs. We're not liable for business decisions made based on diagnostic results. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email.
